Executive Assistant

Position Summary:

Araca is seeking an enthusiastic Executive Assistant for its New York office. This position requires an ambitious and innovative professional who is meticulously organized and business savvy.  The Executive Assistant’s job is to enhance the effectiveness of the executives by providing information, management, and organization not only for the Executives, but the overall organization.  The Executive Assistant manages the scheduling, phone calls, travel arrangements, and other administrative functions (both professional and personal).  The position is highly visible at a rapidly growing entertainment company. The assistant supports two executives including the CEO and EVP, Creative Strategy.
